I have not received a confirmation email after I registered on Wimpy Kid Club
Please check your spam folder in your email client. Also make sure you add noreply@wimpykidclub.co.uk to your safe list in your email client.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on your username in the top right. Next, click settings. You will need to enter your new password TWICE. Next click send and your password will now be updated.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us with your username and/or email address and we will remove you from Wimpy Kid Club.
I have clicked on the activation link but get directed to a page asking to input an activation code.
Some email clients will but a line break in any long content. The activation key is the 32 character string which appears after the url http://www.wimpykidclub.co.uk/activate?key=
Copy the 32 character string which appears after the equals and paste it into the activation input field on the activation page.
